The Asheville Architectural Walking Tour© Project Outline: 24 or more page 4"x 9", rack card style, full color guide called Asheville Architectural Walking Tour. This is a walking tour of the beautiful Architectural sites which will begin at the Chamber of Commerce Visitors Center and progress through the City. It will include descriptions of the year of construction, original use, and architectural style. The presentation will be color photography presented on high quality glossy paper. The guide is designed to be a keepsake for all who visit Asheville. We will also include a "while you are here" section for special exposure for your business. You are welcome to provide special offers or features unique to your business. Copies will be distributed to high volume traffic establishments Advertising Outline: The advantage to this form of advertising is: -Asheville's visitors are walking down your street as they view your ad - The high content of every page (between 5-10 minutes reading time) allows extended exposure for your business. - With citywide distribution, visitors will have an opportunity to pre-plan a visit to your business in their tour. - The guide is designed to be a keepsake for all who visit Asheville. 25,000 copies will be distributed. 500 color posters will also be available to promote The Architectural Walking Tour. A half page ad will be placed in the Laurel Of Asheville for June and July and all sponsors will be listed as distribution locations. Each advertiser will receive 100 copies with display and promotional poster We have two sizes of advertising space available: - 2"x2" $800.00 - 1"x2" $450.00 We have 3 different payment methods: 1- Full balance in one payment gets 10% off 2- Half deposit on order and the other half whiting 30 days 3- A third deposit on order, another third in 15-day, final payment 15 days later.
